Nice short last-minute getaway to KL with some squadmates. It ended my year of escapades well.
We had a very good educational Batu Cave (Dark Cave) visit, spotting long-legged centipedes, bats, the World's rarest spider, and many other biodiversities.
We had a fair share of entertainment, including catching a midnight screening of The Hobbit, and a 3-hour karaoke cum buffet spread.
There was also mall-hopping, where I got a new shirt, belt, shorts and shoes. And having many sessions of La Kopi at various cafes.
Not to forget visiting one of KL's known bars, drinking beer at a rooftop overlooking the city. Back in the hotel, there was more wine with card games as well.
Food, too, got featured pretty much in the trip, with well-known Hokkien Mee, Char Kway Teow, Nasi Lemak, Bak Kut Teh, Ramly burger etc.
With much laughter and enjoyment packed into an intensive 3D2N trip, I guess I am done with my pre-employment overseas trips now.
