15 minutes before this morning's storm started, i saw 4 separate Waterspouts off Changi.. One of which seemed to be quite near, and it was really thick.. Compared to the one 2 weeks ago, these 4 were at a much closer range..

Anyway today i saw a banner at Eunos that says somewhat like this in Chinese (can't remember in full):
