it was yet another flopped interview..

the questions asked were quite standard and expected, but my answers didnt come out the way that i prepared them to be... A bit of nervous and a bit of stammer spoiled the show.

Then came the presentation part. It started well as what i had prepared, then halfway through, i can't really link.. i continued with the rattling, but came a point that i knew i was a little off, and i ended it kinda suckily.
.
Then came the surprise part. I was told to put my hand into a bag and pick out an object. I took out a SCOTCH TAPE.
.
"Now you are given 1 minute to think about how you are going to sell this item to us. The presentation will last 5 minutes."
.
Throughout that 1 minute, my mind was totally blank. i was too stressed to think of creative things to say. AND I ACTUALLY let the minute passed without thinking of anything!

So when the time comes for the presentation, I was quite dumbfounded. I only said whatever things that came into my mind. Really, whatever flashed through my mind, I said. That's because, otherwise i'd have nothing to say! This was super super impromptu and there wasn't much link in whatever i said.

Then immediately after the interview, when im out of the room, i SUDDENLY thought of so many unconventional ways to sell the item to them! Angry...

But now im more angry with him. He is not letting me take my IPPT tmr, because he wants me to help him with those last-minute things, which he could have used the last 6 months to do, instead of chionging just hours before the inspection in the afternoon.

Sometimes people ask me if i like to be in Navy. Actually, generally i find it ok, and sometimes feel lucky to be serving NS here. But the presence of HIM really made me changed my attitude.

Maybe i was plain stupid to have chosen this ship.

Anyway the coming week will be kinda stressful.

Stressful Monday: I am shortlisted for an interview with exxonmobil, something which i had applied months ago actually. Well, not very confident of getting through this first round actually.

Stressful Tuesday: Ippt. This Ippt comes some 13 months from my previous. And my muscles have gone all soft since.
`
Stressful Wednesday: Sailing.
`
Stressful Saturday: Japanese Test!
