Thursday night was well-spent at wx's, indulging in MJ therapy. I was the odd one out, against the 7 other army sergeants based in Tekong, but it was never dry to listen to them bitching about the people there, and also how they actually plotted and ganged up against those wretched regulars there.. Oh my, how interesting was their NS life! Perhaps grass is always greener on the other side huh.
Right, we've finally finalised the itinerary for our Tokyo trip.. But it remains to be seen how accurately we're gonna follow.. Yet, I'm sure it'll be a nice trip. As what Eric says, "we'll surely have fun getting lost, experiencing the hype and enjoying the scenic environment in tokyO!" (And yes, on a sidenote, my Mt Kinabalu trip with 07guys are kinda settled too!!)
It doesnt seem that far, when you tell yourself, "I'm flying next month!". Means i've to get preparations going. Sweaters will now be my next concern.. Any kind souls out there??

I love Royston's latest entry (click!) about primary school days in the 1990s. It seems like those events and memories were universal to all primary school go-ers in that era! I just can't help nodding and saying to myself "how true!" about those things mentioned in the entry.
Anyway, I'm currently clearing leave and i realise how sinful it can get! Sleeping away almost twice the time I would, staying up till the wee hours of the night, and gorging very heaty food away at 2am.
Time has become a little more luxurious, and mismanaging it doesn't seem to be as atrociously regrettable as it was. But of course, i'm lying about it as i'm feeling a little guilty and i'll be off settling something constructive soon.

Me: Erm, no.. doing ns and it's ending soon actually...
Classmates A and B: Huh! I thought you'd just be, at the most, 18!
Classmate B: So, 19 this year?
Me: Actually, 20..
