On S.H.E Event #1: Autograph session at IMM
I got this album autographed yesterday. I had to rush all the way to IMM, and i estimated the crowd to be 5000-6000, which is less than the previous sessions. Perhaps the publicity this time round wasn't good, cos the series of publicity in singapore was quite a last-minute one, and this album was out 3 months ago.
But Ys and i noticed a significant number of ppl in the queue carrying the cd-rama plastic bag, which means to say, a large number of ppl only bought the cd last night. This suggests that the sale might not have been well, and that those who bought the cd last night were just passive fans. They were willing to turn up for the event at one end of the country and yet they are not that active enough to buy the cd, at least not until the singers come personally.
But anyway, they started signing at 7:45pm, and it was a 55-min wait before it was my turn. And when we were about to leave at 9:40pm after dinner, there were still some ppl in the queue. But if this was 3 years ago, at 'Superstar' or 'Magical Journey' autograph sessions, they would be signing all the way to 11pm.

Im attending 6th Global Chinese Music Awards 2006. This year's event will be held in Singapore, hence its a rare opportunity not to be missed. Furthermore, i managed to secure this good lobang from yahoo auctions! Bought 4 tickets for $100, each ticket worth $68!

And tmr's tickets to Tong Le Hui with S.H.E are won from a contest from a chinese newspaper. I guess I was really lucky, as this is a closed-door event and all tickets are limited and had to be either won or exchanged.

S.H.E Event #2: Saturday evening: Global Chinese Music Awards.
S.H.E Event #3: Sunday afternoon: "Tong Le Hui" fans get-together.
S.H.E Event #4: Sunday evening: People's Association Combined Concert with other local singers.
WHich means to say, im actually attending ALL S.H.E events for their current trip to Singapore. I've never been so 'On' before, and its largely attributed to a much freer weekend this week, and the luck involved in getting all the necessary tickets.

Dream Outing Episode 5: Escape Theme Park!
It was quite last-minute. We only planned it after midnight this morning. And when we met at 230pm, it only just began raining. But still, we carried on with it.

Congrats for being over the height limit, though only by a little bit.

I spent my surprisingly-awarded half day-off today to go back to dhs to buy the dolls. If not for these few hours of liberty, i wouldnt know if i can buy them personally. SO, i really have to thank my chief for this. THough its only a few hours extra, it has enabled me to complete 2 tasks on my agenda.
Then again, im hoping he'll allow me to change this friday's understudy duty to thursday, so i'll be able to attend the autograph session this friday. But, such a lame reason will certainly not be acceptable. Furthermore, im still an OJT, and in the first place, im not supposed to enjoy any privileges, much less talk about changing dates of understudy duties. Sigh. But because i know i will NEVER settle down unless i here the word 'NO' directly from his mouth, i will go ask him on wednesday.. So ppl, wish me luck in it yeah.
