Updates.
1. I've officially quitted YOG as a volunteer, after much consideration. The first, was the rekindled thought of joining Orientation Week as a Councillor, after the recent crashing of EnginCamp. The second, was the thought of having to miss 4 days of lectures if I volunteered. NUS didn't have an arrangement like NTU's. The third and smaller reason, was the desire to catch the YOG Opening Ceremony with my family as a live audience, instead of probably standing somewhere backstage.
2. There's a recent mini gathering among the colleagues, thanks to Pat's surprise birthday celebration on 23rd June. This photo's currently the only one, but yet blurred, that is available of the event at the moment.

3. The Pyaess Japanese Classmates had a little gathering at Jane's house again, on 26th June. Her husband cooked Okonomiyaki for us, which really didn't seem difficult! Our last gathering, also at Jane's house, was after CNY in Feb, so it wasn't that long. But I'm certainly looking forward to the next one already.
4. My fellow ex-Navy batchmates of the same vocation, had a little gathering. We took a bus to JB and spent a night, 29th-30th June. It was pretty cheap, considering that we stayed at a 5-star hotel + 3 luxurious meals + travelled around in taxis + bought bottles of Vodka. All in all, just S$80. But the next time the 4 of us could get together again, would be next year's affair already.
Our dinner included scallops/drunken prawns/sotong/Kailan.....
......and Peking Duck!
We stayed 5-star.
5. I've received my birthday present from Ling jie-jie. The external hard disk is cool and it comes very handy, especially after my laptop had a little hiccup a few months back, though thankfully I didn't lose the important data inside.
