And here's the last linkway to your flight-- the 'Gangway' or the 'Aerobridge', whichever you call it.
The capsule is really large. And very stable. Throughout the flight, there was NOT once you feel you are moving up or down. That's how slow and steady it is.
There's this open air Greek Theatre, part of the attraction too. Anyway, the attraction also has a 'Asian Rainforest' and many restaurants and high-end merchandising space.
The attraction is primely located along the F1 race-track. The track actually surrounds the attraction. Little wonder that the attraction fees will rise very much during that 3 days.
We even got the chance to visit the VIP lounge(above). This attraction also boasts to be another alternative for MICE!

I've been to Japan's 'Palette Town Wonder Wheel' (above) at Odaiba, Tokyo. At 115m, it is currently the World's 9th Tallest. Each capsule can hold a maximum of 8 people, and is proned to shakes, but was darn cheap (less than S$8). But because you can feel it going up and coming down, it was kinda jittery for people with height phobia like me.
Singapore Flyer's quite different. The capsules are attached onto the rim differently, and are way much bigger and steadier, holding 28 people with available walking space. And it's worth mentioning that my fear didn't come at all during the 30-minute flight.
Singapore Flyer's currently holding the record for the World's Tallest Giant Observation Wheel at 165m. BUT it won't be for long. The Great Beijing Wheel, at 208m, will dwarf the former next year, once it is completed and starts rotating. Similarly, the Great Berlin Wheel, at 185m, will also snatch the Number 2 position when it is completed next year. So, do try it out when it is still reigning top!

Admittedly, I most looked forward to his performance on SPOP Gala.
Undoubtedly, he really lived up to his expectations. In my opinion, this Taiwanese 87-er performed better than some more-weathered singers that night.
It is really talents galore at 超级星光大道.

Guess what. There's a huge LCD, which I can't figure out how to use! There's a Starhub cable unit, there's dvd players, and a karaoke set with wireless microphone!
There are 2 Osim massage chairs! These few days I've been treating myself to 'Full Body Relief'' treatments, and relaxing for half an hour each work day.
Previously, at Level 1, I would need to sleep on a Sleeping Bag, placed on the floor. For the next 2 weeks, I can sleep on this comfy chair, reclined to horizontal!
And a wide variety of board games! Just that I can't play them alone.
Previously, at Level 1, I don't switch off the lights to sleep, as one-switch-controls-all, and it would be too dark to figure out my way. This temporary office has many switches and so I can really dim the room to my liking.
I hope the renovation takes much longer than just 3 weeks... I'm enjoying this temporary office here.
