im just back from kbox with my primary sch friends: xinni, libin and kaiguan. its supposed to be from 2pm - 7pm, but we left at 750pm, without even the staff asking us to leave.. But even so, i still feel the final 23 bucks was a little expensive, when it comes to a comparison with k-ster. K-ster allows me to sing for 5 hours at a rate LESS than HALF the price i paid today..
but nevertheless, singing with pri sch friends is a first-time for us, and hopefully i didnt 献丑 too much. And may this be the first of many other to come!
tmr will be my 2nd jap lesson, but i've not done the homework at all yet. i've either been too tired or too busy or too lazy. Ok right, i admit i've ONLY been lazy la. Nevermind, i'll do it in the morning tomorrow then..
in the meantime, let me continue watching 'goong' (princess hours) on youtube, which has taken me weeks already, cos i only manage to find time to watch around 3 episodes per week.. but i tink i'll finish with it this week, and then i can start on other drama serials..

You may say im suaku.
Afterall, ever since it was opened 2.5 months ago, today was the FIRST time i set foot on singapore's largest retail and lifestyle destination, Vivocity.
It was supposed to be a "Lanjiao Sect" outing, but in the end HP & Geraldine didnt turn up. And it was coincidental that today was the gala premiere of [The curse of the golden flower] "满城尽带黄金甲", and so there was a long stretch of crowd at the red carpet, which ran from level 1 all the way to the cinema at level 2. Part of the cast from this Chinese blockbuster came, including international star, Chow Yun Fatt, which we caught a glimpse of. Gong Li wasn't here. And no, Jay Chou wasn't in town for the event either, but his songs were continuously played there.
Yup, that is one of the many shows that i hope to be watching..
Anyway, if you are wondering why am i so free today, its because i have my one-day leave today. So i have 3 more days to clear by this month.
My morning was kinda well-spent, as i've finally found the time to hit the pool, together with eric. Just 3 months since i last swam, i could feel the difficulty in performing the strokes today. Looks like my muscles have weakened. And my stamina really plummeted, requiring more-than-usual rest times than if i had weekly swimming. Eric is a strong swimmer, much better than i had thought. Once again, the myth that fatter people swim less well, has been broken.....(joking la!)
Being able to clear leave today, i thought i could skip today's sailing. But 人算不如天算, today's sailing has been postponed to tmr. ARGH. Super Sian!!!!!!!

yoohoo, today was my first jap lesson, and i don't know why, i was quite excited about it.
Maybe its because my enthusiasm to pick up a new language is still running high.
Or maybe its because i miss school.
But well, its kinda fun, though i admit learning Jap is very difficult. There are so many characters to memorise and they are all so curvy and weird-looking. But well, i'll diligently put in effort de.
Cos that will allow me to understand 3 languages out of the Top 4 largest economies in the world.. Hmm, hope that doesnt make me sound too ambitious.. I really Don't Want to make these 2 years go into a complete waste.
