We did AHM in about 2:20! Still safe within the target, thank goodness. Wenjian did well too, congrats!
I spotted quite alot of familiar faces today, as were the previous AHMs. Made me feel like I'm part of all the action.
The East Coast Park stretch was shorter this time, which made it more bearable. (I still remember how horrible it was last year, in the route towards Marina Barrage.) Actually, coming to think of it, I didn't find any part of the route this year to be very demanding. Perhaps I'm getting used to 21km already.
So it feels like winning another war! But a bigger and less promising Stanchart still awaits, in about 3 months' time. This year's Stanchart's gonna be my worst-prepared one, with exams occupying the weeks before the event. I shall see how to squeeze out time to train, soon!
