BLUE MONDAY after a long good Chinese New Year break.
I realised having 初一 on a Thursday is the BEST arrangement possible, because only in this way, we can enjoy 4 days of CNY, instead of the usual 2. How nice if it stays this way, every year!
Not heading up to Malaysia to 拜年 this year, meant having much much more time with relatives in Singapore. I quite like the idea of an annual 14-strong extended family 'movies+dinner' plan. It makes a warm gathering.
Reality has struck and the long break's over. I'm thankful for the remaining 3 reunion get-togethers over this week and the next. Thenafter, I'll need new energy to add life to the mundane working life routine. Like perhaps, planning for any possible Summer Trips. Applications to be my travel mates are open.
