Week 10, Monday, 18th Oct.

'17 Aug' was the last time I changed my contact lens.
Today is 18 Oct. It's been 2 months."
Week 10, Tuesday, 19th Oct.

End of Lab number 5!"
Week 10, Wednesday, 20th Oct.
"This nasty bubble and the recurring haze, are the 2 biggest hindrances to a PB this Sunday."
Week 10, Thursday, 21st Oct.
"I thought today's haze was one of the worst I've experienced. Visibility low--you don't even get a clear view across a soccer field.
PSI already at Unhealthy level!"
Week 10, Friday, 22nd Oct.
"Had 2 birthday deals, one involving a group of Dutch kids (above), and the other involving a group of Singaporean kids (not shown).
The stark contrast between the 2 cultures could be easily seen today."
Week 10, Saturday, 23rd Oct.
"Yuru's 21st!"
Week 10, Sunday, 24th Oct.
"Nike City Run 10km.
Milestone #1: Another PB this year, after clocking other best timings in 2.4km and 21km over the last 3 months.
Milestone #2: The completion of the run brought my total mileage this year to 300km, just 70km away from the record distance clocked in the entire 2009."
