Decided to have a dip today.
Planned for 50 laps. After which, I realised I wasn't very tired yet, so continued.
10 more. 20 more. 30 more.
In the end, I swam 80 laps! That's a distance of 4km..
I'm glad my stamina's still healthy.
I'm sure last night's caloried BBQ stuff and this morning's oily pratas have been turned to nothingness!
I shall make swimming a more regular activity in 2010.
