It's another Did-Good-Deed day, and I led a lady from Eunos to Orchard, where she caught a shuttle bus from a nearby building. Feeling grateful to meet me, after being rejected help from a few ppl, she stuffed $4 into my hand at Orchard.
I tried all I could to reject the monetary reward, especially when she's actually going to visit a doctor. But because it's a little impolite to turn down her persistence, I accepted the money, which will be dropped into the first donation tin that I am going to see next.
