Yesterday i was wishfully hoping that the recent Typhoon Durian will make the seas so bad that it would be unfit for sailing.
It proved to be a day-dream, as the scheduled sailing time at 1am (i hate midnight sailings man) went on as planned.
And i finally saw DOLPHINS!!! I was quite skeptical when desmond boasted that he saw dolphins during our previous sail to South China Sea. Finally, i saw it for myself. There was a group of 3 dolphins swimming not too far off, and they were so cute..... For now, i'll be looking forward to see sharks, since so many others have seen them, EVEN inside the harbour. And water snakes too. Those would be a change to the usual/daily sightings of jellyfish and the millions of tiny fishes..
Tmr may (or may not) be my last day as a lowly OJT. Hopefully the 3 major assessments tomorrow will be successful, if not my 4-day-leave next week will be at stake. And the same goes for my weekends.
