It was truly impactful. The pledge taking at the end wasn't something describable. The volume, the emotions, the atmosphere. The silent message that the party wasn't out to disintegrate the country, not "trouble-makers MPs" , not "hooligans", not "wayang party", not "thief", or watever the ruling party called them. Everything they wanted to convey, was effectively done so, and summed up, inside the pledge.

Look at the comments of the people who attended with me. Imagine the number of people crying. Imagine how much support Singaporeans actually give the opposition, in particular, the WP.
The opposition wouldnt win, for sure. But the fighting spirit really inspired me. And Mr Low is my idol. If the results tonight turn-out that the ruling party's popularity is slashed to 60-odd percentage, i would deem it as a big victory for the opposition.
