hMm.. today's mass PE session.. was one of the toughest in so many months lor.. perhaps considered the toughest this year.. haha. so long never undergo such physically demanding sessions le..
first, we did 3.6km run.. the distance isnt tough, but having to run uphill is really taking half my life away..haha. my 1st time running lucky heights route.. now can understand wad the gals go thru in their running route.. den after running, still did 72 push-ups.. the way the push-ups were conducted was mentally demanding too.. haha. den did 30 sit-ups.. as if that was over, the teacher gave us 10 secs to run from one side of the field to the other lor.. of cos it was impossible, so as a punishment, had to do 10 burpees.. before the pe lesson ended, we did 5 pull-ups each..
ok la, long time never stretch my physical limits le.. can still remember my sec 3 npcc days lor.. 100 push-ups at 1 go was no big feat.. but now...erm duno if 50 can take it or not.. haha. and the weird ting is, everyone is feeling the same way too.. that shudnt be the case lor, considering that we shud b much fitter than our sec3 years? haha. SO.. today ys, wuL, weiL and me went to the sch gym.. And we really had a great laff!!! YS had made himself malu yet again.. LOL.
hMm.. my physical work-out plan for the next 2 days..
friday: bedok reservoir run with vin..since no more np trainings liao
saturday: morning swim wif ys, weiL, cy..
and ive decided to go for 1 weekly jog at the reservoir and 1 weekly swim every week..
YEAHYEAHYEAH
